“Financial planning is a dynamic relationship, not a set of spreadsheets.”
”

Allie joined the Joss Brown team in 2026. She graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance, focusing on Financial Planning and Wealth Management. At the start of her time at Virginia Tech, she was torn between various career paths. Allie was ultimately drawn to a career in financial planning because she was able to combine her love for problem-solving with her desire to help others. During her time at Virginia Tech, Allie was an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Virginia Tech, serving as Treasurer her senior year, and raised money and awareness for mental illness.
Allie believes that finances should be a positive, not a burden. She is passionate about guiding individuals through pivotal life transitions and tailoring strategies to what each client values most. Relationship development and client education are at the core of Allie's strategy. She sees financial planning as a dynamic relationship rather than a set of spreadsheets, taking the effort to convert complex concepts into actionable steps that enable clients to make stress-free, well-informed decisions. Allie is currently working towards becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
“It is important to take the effort to convert complex concepts into actionable steps that enable clients to make stress-free, well-informed decisions.”
A native of Williamsburg, Virginia, Allie is deeply rooted in giving back and actively volunteers with her mom in her local church community. Outside of work, you can find her outdoors, especially at the beach, combing the shoreline for seashells and shark teeth, which she uses to make jewelry. Allie also enjoys art, whether that be painting with acrylics or collecting prints at local farmers' markets. Being born into a Virginia Tech family, Allie often takes trips back to her alma mater to cheer on the Hokies and hike in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
